Another Willowood Farm specialty is our dry beans, specifically our famous Rockwell Bean. The Rockwell has been grown in Coupeville since the late 1800s and is truly a local heirloom food. We started growing it about 12 years ago when the total local production was around 200 to 300 lbs annually. We are happy to say we are now growing around 2000+ plus of this very popular heirloom bean! We also grow other types of heirloom beans experimenting with varieties are work well in our growing conditions.
